
Lymph Node Stimulation
Gentle stimulation helps lymph move, supporting your immune system, reducing inflammation, and promoting detoxification.
Tip - Always move toward the nearest lymph drainage pathway (toward the collarbone, armpits, hip, groin or knee).
Use gentle pressure
5-10 times each side

3 Deep Breaths
Start with 3 deep breaths into your belly , holding each breath for 3 seconds to stimulate the thoracic duct

Ear Nodes
Use your fingertips to make small circles in front and behind each ear.

Epitrochlear Nodes (Inside Elbow)
Use your thumb or fingers to make small circles in the soft area on the inside of your elbow.

Inguinal Nodes (Groin)
Use flat fingertips to make small circles in the groin area along the pant line.

Clavicle Nodes
Use your fingertips to make small circular strokes above and below the clavicle bone (collar bone)

Submandibular Nodes (Under the Jaw)
Place your fingers under your jaw and glide from the chin toward the ears.

Stomach nodes
Use a Zig Zag motion down the tummy with gentle circles.

Knee Nodes
Place your hands behind your knee and make circles movements with your fingers flat.

Neck nodes
Make small circular strokes along the sides of your neck, down toward the collarbone.

Axillary Nodes (Armpits)
Place your hand in your armpit and make gentle circles, reaching toward the back and up.

Hip Nodes
Make small circles, moving downwards toward the hip bone.

Dry Brushing
Use a dry brush or your hands to gently brush along the limbs towards to closest nodes as per previous images.
